Targeted Fat ReductionLocalized slimming is achievable with aesthetic procedures like radio-frequency (RF) slimming in our Focus Wave RF slimming program. If one is exercising, these can magnify the effects of the exercises by increasing the availability of fat stores for energy usage.

Benefits of Targeted Fat ReductionGenerally, we lose fat in sequence, starting with the face, and followed by the arms. However, when we take in excess calories, the fat stores tend to accumulate in specific areas of the body leading to problem areas. Examples are bulging tummies, love handles, flabby hands or flabby thighs. By targeting specific areas, we may be able to speed up fat loss there to gain our ideal figure.
