AREA MANAGER
(approx $120k pa / 5-day week)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Director of Operations and Medical Director
• Supervise Outlet Manager in sales and treatment operations to ensure sales growth and high standards of service/customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, motivate and train staff in sales & customer service to ensure staff discipline, high morale and high quality service delivery.
• Staff Deployment & manpower planning
• Lead assigned branches to achieve sales & service targets
• Ensure company rules and operation protocols are adhered to by the Outlet Managers and assets/stocks in the branch are in safe custody.

 

Requirements:

• Preferably Degree or Diploma with 5 years relevant experience. Min 2 year supervisory experience. Nursing and allied health diplomas advantage.
• Ability to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
• Proven Sales and Customer Service ability preferably in the retail, airlines, hotels, healthcare and beauty sectors.
• Responsible and good team player
• Articulate, people-oriented with pleasant personality and well groomed image.
• Knowledge in MS Office
•
 Passion and ability to learn continuously to achieve professional excellence in aesthetics.
