BRANCH / OUTLET MANAGER
(approx $90k pa, 5-day week)
Responsibilities:

Reporting to Area Manager/Director of Operations and Medical Director |
| • |
Oversees daily operations of designated branch/outlet |
| • |
Mentor and guide outlet staffs |
| • |
Leading branch/outlet to achieve sales and service targets |
| • |
Consultation and Sales Training |
| • |
Supervise provision of excellent customer service |
| • |
Managing accurate inventory of outlets assigned |
| • |
Handling documentations and reports for outlet |
| • |
Regularly attending and passing training courses conducted by our training dept |
Requirements:
| • |
Preferably ‘A’ Levels/Diploma and above with 3 years relevant experience. Min 1 year supervisory experience. Nursing and allied health diplomas advantage. |

Ability to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers |
| • |
Proven Sales and Customer Service ability preferably in the retail, airlines, hotels, healthcare and beauty sectors. |

Responsible and good team player |
| • |
Articulate, people-oriented with pleasant personality and well groomed image. |
| • |
Passion and ability to learn continuously to achieve professional excellence in aesthetics. |
